Work and Travel USA - Price list

Pricelist of Work and Travel program:

Total costs of Work and Travel program vary depending on a chosen option of particular program, Czech-Us fee and alternatively a fee for a Lifeguard course.

1. CCI program fee:

 * in this case, CCI is not a Visa sponsor and it does not secure the program

CCI Program fee includes:

• issuance of the DS2019 
• bank transfers
• Virtual Orientation via www.cci-exchange.com
• Arrival Orientation in USA (New York, Chicago) with the CCI representatives (not mandatory)
• nonstop assistance service CCI during the program
• nonstop emergency telephone line
• employer selection through CCI Job Board

Program fee does not include:

• visa fee at the US embassy 140 USD
• travel health insurance (application for insurance 1EUR/day)**
• SEVIS fee 35 USD
• air ticket approximately 600-900 USD
• pocket money 600-1000 USD

Amount of CCI program fee is based on program option, length of program and date of submitted application. CCI must receive corresponding amount of program fee within the designated period together with complete participant's application.

**CCI basic Insurance conditions - secured by Insurance company Global Secutive, LLC:

A. Illness or accident: limit is 80,000 EUR:
B. Dental care - we recommend to pay a visit to the dentist prior departure!!!
C. Transport and repatriation - no limit.
D. Transport to the hospital - 100 %
E. Co-payment - 0 USD

Insurance does not cover the participant while driving a motorized vehicle. Insurance conditions may be subject to change by GS.

GEC Program fee includes:

• issuance of the DS2019
• travel health insurance

• nonstop emergency telephone line
• employer selection through GEC

Program fee does not include:

 2. Property damage - max. 500.000 EUR
E. Baggage lost, damage to personal property - 1500 EUR

LAI Program fee includes:

4. Czech-us fees:

Czech-us fee includes:

• registration in the program Work and Travel USA
• assistance with DS2019 form processing
• assistance with application documentation Job Offer, Budget Sheet and Employer background check...
• submitting your application
  
• assistance with registration in the SEVIS system
• pre-departure orientation with Czech-us representatives (mandatory)
• assistance with visa application at the US embassy
• assistance and counseling during your stay in USA

 Amount of Czech-us intermediary fees is based on date of payment. Cancellation fee is 100%. Students from other agencies looking for a Job Offer are charged a 1000 CZK administration fee (Visa Independent program option). To be eligible for a lower amount of intermediary fees the program participants must remit the payment by the last day of the corresponding period or by the date due of the received invoice.

5. Fee for Lifeguard Training Course (Pool Operator):

 This fee includes all services regarding Lifeguard Training (LG), as it is described in the section Lifeguarding, after which successful completion each candidate is awarded with 2 certificates of American Red Cross. LG fee also covers the participation on the following one day Pool operator course (for pool guards). More about the course organization you may find in the course contract here.... To be eligible for a lower amount of LG fee particular participant must remit the payment by the last day of the corresponding period or by the date due of the received invoice:

• First-timers + second-timers with expired certificates + second-timers from other training agencies

• Second-timers with valid CPR certificate

• Second-timers with expired CPR certificate
