Course Syllabus

The Lifeguard training Course as well as Pool Operator course will take place at the Czech Univesity of Life Sciences Prague, Kamycka 129, Praha 6 - Suchdol. The university pool meets all criteria set by American Red Cross. In its vicinity are university dormitories with possible accommodation option.The courses usually start at 7:30 in the morning and end up at 18:00.

Connection:

The fastest connection is from Dejvicka (final station of Metro line A) => bus no. 107, at 7:23 => get out the bus at 'Zemedelska Univerzita' station => cross the road on the other side, head up through the campus to the SIC Building.

Friday	Lesson 1 Professional Lifeguard and Preventing injury		Lesson 2 Patron Surveillance and Emergency preparation		BREAK	Lesson 4 Before providing care		Lesson 5-6 Breathing emergencies and Cardiac emergencies + TEST1
Saturday	Lesson 6+7 Cardiac emergencies continued (AED) + First Aid			BREAK	Lesson 3+4+8 Rescue skills, submerged victim, inline stabilization, backboarding in shallow water
Sunday	Lesson 7 continued	Lesson 9 Backboard deep water, Water test					BREAK	TEST 2+3

swimsuit, towels, bathrobe, flip flops, hairgrips...

We are currently working on launching new work positions - Ski instructors in Whistler winter resort for WAT Canada program participants. Program registrations just started!!!

Czech-US lifeguard Program - important change !!!

All spots in US lifeguard program were filled. Enormous number of applications was received. We are negotiating possible increase in number of positions offered for summer 2010. Registered clients will be added to a queue.

We had to closed the program Work and Travel CCI Jobs for season 2010 due to the filling capacity of this program. As a substitute we can offer GEC Jobs.
